Salsa Babies™ (6 wks +) Dance your way back into shape with the best little partner of all – your baby!  New moms get their exercise learning popular Latin dances, while babies shake their maracas and bounce along to the Salsa beat! All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome. Appropriate for babies from 2 months and up, as long as moms are comfortable supporting the baby in a carrier for the duration of the class.

Salsa Tots™ (2 yrs +) Sing! Dance! Play! Tropical songs and steps to lively Latin rhythms that parents and kids can both enjoy! This parent-and-tot class is designed for toddlers up to 4 years. Featuring music by renowned Latin artist, Ricky Franco, Salsa Tots™ serves a spiced-up version of kids’ classics along with original songs sure to get you moving and grooving!
